Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino

The location, it is very near airport, restaurants and shops. Jeju Sun has very good service especially Porter Mr Ahn Tae Young. He is very attentive, informative, friendly and approachable. He helped us(7 pax with 7 pieces of 28 inches luggage) to arrange free transport with the hotel transport captain after found out that we intended to catch the 08:00 airport limousine bus. He was worried as the timing in the morning usually not punctured. We would need at least 4 taxi. We are grateful and appreciated his kind and helpful gesture. An initiative that Jeju Sun Hotel has given to their staff. Jeju Sun has free shuttle service to the airport but it is at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. We are very lucky to meet Mr Ahn Tae Young. When we offered to tip him, he refused to accept and told us he was glad that he could help us and hope that we could help to advertise Jeju Sun to friends. Highly recommend Jeju Sun Hotel for their excellence service.

Location was great - easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. We especially loved our two-bedroom Royal Suite. For less than what we might pay for a single room in a 5-star US hotel, we got an enormous two-bedroom suite, complete with dining area, living area, two bathrooms, and (bonus!) a private karaoke room. The beds were super-comfortable, with great pillows. My partner said that many people in New York would love to have this as their apartment

Customer service is excellent. Staff are very helpful and even approached us to advise that we can check-in earlier than the nominated time and helped us take our luggages to our room. During breakfast, one of the lady chef came out to help us with the coffee machine. When we checked-out at 5am, one of the staff drove us to the airport because we are unable to get a taxi available due to heavy rain. Location of the hotel is good - just a few minutes to the airport and a lot of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast is good, too - lots of choices.

We drove a rental car and it was raining on the day of checking in. We drove into the the first open carpark attached to the hotel. The parking attendant immediately came over with an umbrella and advised us to go round the back to access the underground parking and sheltered access as it was raining and we are travelling with young children. That alone was a very nice welcome. Check-in was very smooth. The staff spoke very good English. The room was very spacious and clean with complete amenities. Although the baby cot was not available, the hotel prepared a very nice sofa bed and a mini tent/play area complete with a soft toy/plushy and some games and fairy lights. It was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very clean. The WiFi very good. And the SMART TV in the room had plenty of options and applications for our entire family. The masseuse/manager of their in-house Spa was very accommodating to my wife's needs and requests. My wife gave a very positive review. She had a good experience throughout, beginning from the booking process, to her treatment package, and during any after-care explanations given. Staff was available 24/7 to answer my enquiries, and also to assist with check-out and booking of Airport Transfer at 4am.

It was comfortable and the check in and check out was very fast. There was a particular valet who was extremely helpful. He noticed we might need a map for Jeju and even brought us a list of good restaurants nearby we could try. On our last day Kakao Taxi wasn’t working well and we were finding it difficult to book a taxi to Gimpo airport. He saw us from inside and within a minute he had hailed us a taxi. It made us feel taken care of, same goes for receptionists at the hotel.
