Property building in Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino

Great hotel with excellent service. We stayed 5 nights. The staff are all very courteous and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. On arrival at the hotel, Mr Anh at the concierge helped us with our luggage and brought us to our room located at Level 5 and asked are we happy with the room. Before l could reply, he must have saw my facial expression exchanged with my husband and asked me to wait as he will go change the room. I went along with him and his wonderful colleague Ying at the reception helped to search for another room. She found a room on Level 9 with mountain view for us. Nice, clean, warm and cosy room. As it winter, the heaters are on. I mentioned that the room is stuffy and Mr Anh immediately said he will bring a fan for us which was very nice and kind of him. In the evening we could have the fan on for air circulation. We could open the window but the cold air will cause dampness inside the room. Another person that we must mention is their restaurant Manager Mr Cho Jin Bae, he is the most courteous and attentive person. His eager eyes spot guests who did not wear mask and politely reminded them to wear and always starting and ending with a bow. During breakfast, as soon as we finished our juice or drinks, he will walked over immediately offering to get us another glass or cup. His polite, courteous and attentiveness starts our day well. Hotel is just 8 mins drive from the airport. Convenient location with many restaurants and cafes on the same main road. Many small home style restaurants located on the side road. We were spoilt for choices. We had an enjoyable stay.

We drove a rental car and it was raining on the day of checking in. We drove into the the first open carpark attached to the hotel. The parking attendant immediately came over with an umbrella and advised us to go round the back to access the underground parking and sheltered access as it was raining and we are travelling with young children. That alone was a very nice welcome. Check-in was very smooth. The staff spoke very good English. The room was very spacious and clean with complete amenities. Although the baby cot was not available, the hotel prepared a very nice sofa bed and a mini tent/play area complete with a soft toy/plushy and some games and fairy lights. It was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very clean. The WiFi very good. And the SMART TV in the room had plenty of options and applications for our entire family. The masseuse/manager of their in-house Spa was very accommodating to my wife's needs and requests. My wife gave a very positive review. She had a good experience throughout, beginning from the booking process, to her treatment package, and during any after-care explanations given. Staff was available 24/7 to answer my enquiries, and also to assist with check-out and booking of Airport Transfer at 4am.

The location, it is very near airport, restaurants and shops. Jeju Sun has very good service especially Porter Mr Ahn Tae Young. He is very attentive, informative, friendly and approachable. He helped us(7 pax with 7 pieces of 28 inches luggage) to arrange free transport with the hotel transport captain after found out that we intended to catch the 08:00 airport limousine bus. He was worried as the timing in the morning usually not punctured. We would need at least 4 taxi. We are grateful and appreciated his kind and helpful gesture. An initiative that Jeju Sun Hotel has given to their staff. Jeju Sun has free shuttle service to the airport but it is at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. We are very lucky to meet Mr Ahn Tae Young. When we offered to tip him, he refused to accept and told us he was glad that he could help us and hope that we could help to advertise Jeju Sun to friends. Highly recommend Jeju Sun Hotel for their excellence service.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. I booked this hotel the day of due to Korean Air cancelling my flight to Busan and leaving my sister & I stranded at the airport. Reservation was super easy through the booking app and once I arrived, the room was ready for my sister and I. Our room was on a higher floor allowing us a nice city view. The room came with a huge window and the cool thing was the window ledge you could sit on for the view. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport which we utilized. The hotel also had an ATM at the lobby. We really enjoyed our one night stay here and would definitely come back if visiting Jeju again. Thank you Jeju Sun!

Customer service is excellent. Staff are very helpful and even approached us to advise that we can check-in earlier than the nominated time and helped us take our luggages to our room. During breakfast, one of the lady chef came out to help us with the coffee machine. When we checked-out at 5am, one of the staff drove us to the airport because we are unable to get a taxi available due to heavy rain. Location of the hotel is good - just a few minutes to the airport and a lot of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast is good, too - lots of choices.
